Terms and Conditions of Use
The present general conditions of use of the website regulate the terms and conditions governing access and use of wwwmixiedigital.com, property of Mixie Digital S.L., with registered offices at 12, Puio Street, 3rd floor, 20009, San Sebastian, Spain and Fiscal Identification Number B01658152, hereinafter «the Company», which the Portal user must read and accept in order to use all the services and information provided from the portal. The access and/or use of the portal, of all or part of its contents and/or services implies the full acceptance of these general conditions of use.
Conditions of use
The present general conditions of use of the portal regulate access to and use of the portal, including the contents and services made available to users on and/or through the portal, either by the portal, or by its users, or by third parties. Applicable law, competent jurisdiction and notifications
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of San Sebastián will have jurisdiction for any claim. All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to the Company owning the Portal must be made in writing and it will be deemed that they have been correctly done when received at the following address (12, Puio Street, 3rd floor, 20009, San Sebastian, Spain).
